Julie -mid week 4
Spent Easter with a friend at a music festival 6 hours south of Sydney.
Employed my credo – walk, eat, love, laugh
Pedometer – total for entire Easter was 16,860 which is about one normal day!
Thoroughly enjoyed myself and loved the music.
A beauiful part of the world.

Did not join Contours; Will join Unigym Tuesday after Easter
Pedometer has caused me to increase my walking (av 84K steps per week)
Simvastatin causes continual constipation
Input
Water now over 1 litre each day
Coffee now secure at 1 cup per day
Fruit now 5 per day
Chocolate now 1 per week
Very little bread

Tough working week – 12 hour days. So I am making compromises
Positives
drinking water (2 x 600 mls)
eating lots of fruit
cooked two meals this week with vegetables
sleeping well
Negatives
driving not walking (leave at 630am and return at 9pm)
glass of alcohol each night
very stressed

Walking will increase my energy – so walk to and from at no less than 35 minutes each way.
Only one coffee each day.
No alcohol on evenings when I work the next day.
A glass of water each hour.
Practice letting it go.
Try to get out of this depressive slump.

I walk to and from work but not always at the required speed. Do that this week.
Don’t drink much water at all. Have a bottle at work and a jug at home. Empty both daily.
Buy fruit Sunday and Wednesday to keep it appealing.
Buy a pedometer to measure 10,000 steps and especially the over-and-above
