Walking: Structured regular sked still pending my strong commitment to begin.
Warmup type exercising and wt lifting with 5 lb. dumbells sked resumption weak — 2/5 days.
Food Intake: Balanced food groups and portions as usual — more consistent 2 meals per day; cont. ice cream daily.
Water: good amt. but need to measure.

Fri. 4/12 – Since last post I have been maintaining food and water intake as prev. reported, but not exercising (probably could have — impeded by my attitude or frame of mind, I guess.)
Left groin discomfort min. to none now — stationary bike seat lowered one more notch.

Bikinjo – Thurs. 3/20 & Fri. 3/21

Thurs. 3/20 – Didn’t bike today as just didn’t work into sked.  Still sleeping late a.m.
Food:  2 prunes, half banana; linner: fish, vegs, baked potato, l serving butter, 2 tsp lobster sauce; serving carmel ice cream; Water as prev. as drinking with meal instead of decaf; bag microwave popcorn-unbuttered.

Bikinjo – Weds. 3/19

Food:  2 prunes, half banana; avocado, bacon, cheese omelet w/salsa, slice zuchinni bread, sm. bowl mixed fruit.   Drinking only water with meals now – est. total today 48 oz.  (around a liter, I guess.)
Exercise: warmup stretching; 5 x each overhead 5 lb. dumbell lifting; pedalling 10 mins.; pulse rate cont. steady, constant 70 beats/min.
