Why I do this:

The idea of a cyber support community is thrilling to me. I need to read about others meeting their goals and challenges and this will help get me into a groove and inspire me to meet my own goals. I need to get outside more, breathe fresh air, and walk and move more. I’m self employed, have several clients, and spend far too much time on the computer. I make my own schedule so there is no reason I can’t work in more healthy habits. I have a wonderful yoga class that I religiously attend once or twice a week, wonderfully located right near my apt. on the upper west side.

Goals:
- to walk every day even if just briefly
- to increase overall fitness
- to lose weight
- to get back to healthy eating – I feel much better when I am gluten, dairy and sugar free and have maintained that way of living for months at a time
