It was a very good week last week, back to the morning walks and even a bit more:
Monday: 2 hours walk
Tuesday: 1 hour 20 minutes walk
Wednesday: 50 minute walk
Thursday: 1 hour 10 minutes walk
Friday: 30 minutes walk
Saturday: stayed at home
Sunday; 20 minutes walk
Monday: stayed at home

well done! Looks like spring IS round the corner and we’re all feeling better. A wonderful walking week for you. Have you given up yoga? Just wondering

Claude, You are right, I have stopped my yoga. I’ve gained weight and have become so clumsy in my movement that yoga doesn’t fit anymore with me movement.

Rah rah Lia! But I’m sorry you’ve given up your yoga. Maybe as the year progresses, you will find you can work in some movements. I no longer take classes but I improvise some floor exercises that have yoga moves. Should do more of those…
