At this time of year I find myself wishing I’d set aside time and money for a southern, winter vacation. I felt it especially this past week of slush and gray skies. Ah, well, maybe next year…
This was a poor exercise week:
Sunday 2/21–1/2 hour walk outside
Monday–Work, then dinner out, then chorus practice–no exercise
Tuesday – Thursday–Feeling pouty about the weather and couldn’t face LS one more time–couch potato
Friday–Really needed to move–1/2 hour LS
Sat/Sun–Busy, no exercise
Today–25 minute walk at lunch

Would have been nice to go south! I have relatives in Florida but can’t spare the time (or money) right now. By the summer, I will have time, but it will be horrendously hot there!
So easy to be pouty about the weather, me too. But the pouts pass eventually and the snow IS melting, though slowly. Hang in there!

Oh yes, and remember, chorus practice IS exercise! all that aerobic breathing!

I can quite see why you would be pouty about the weather! It’s been such a long winter and there’s almost nothing as bad as slush! Slippery and unappetizing as the French would say.
You probably needed some rest too! So save energy for this week

Don’t worry, there are bound to be weeks like this. Even in the Caribbean, there are week where you just can’t work up the needed energy.
