Just re-posting the contents of the About page on this blog, the only couple of rules we have here.
This cooperative support exercise blog is meant to help those who register, achieve their goals, however small or big those goals are.
As this is blog is for elder women, one should be at least 50 to qualify and be invited. You can send a note to elderexerciseATgmailDOTcom, should you want to apply.
The blog is public, but only members can post and comment.
Joining ElderExercise means that you are ready and willing to post regularly about your progress and to comment on other members’ posts.
I am staying and I understand that I have to post regularly about my progress and comment on other members’ posts.

Do you wish us to restate our pledge? If so, I do agree and will try to comply better than I have done in the last while. Sorry.

Yes, I think it’s a good idea for everyone to remember what they are getting themselves into

Oh dear, I really don’t feel I could commit to regular posting as my exercise is somewhat irregular. If I bow out of the posting please could I still come and see what you’re all up to and add some comments?
If that’s not allowed then I do understand and wish you all every success.

Isn’t this a bit like wanting to have your cake and eat it?
The blog is visible to everyone but only people who are willing to exercise and report about their progress can be members.
So it’s your decision, Sandy

Ok, Claude, I do see your point. In all honesty, and bearing in mind my past record, I don’t feel I could promise to report regularly, so I’d better bow out.
May I wish everyone every success with their exercise goals and I’ll be thinking about you and visiting your blogs to keep in touch.
Thank you all for your help and support during my time with you.
Good Luck!
Sandy

Hi, all, I’m definitely in, will post tomorrow. Am trying to be more regular about scheduling things in general, since that is the area of my work I have most difficulty with.
Good to remind ourselves of why we are here! Thanks, Claude!

Did it…did it! Cannot imagine, Claude, how virtuous this makes me feel. Again, thanks for your continued support and caring.
Will try to get back here weekly though every other is more likely.
