Right in the middle of trying to pack for our journeyt tomorrow to Montreal. The last tten days have been very busy, but I did manage to go walking 20-30 minutes long six days of the week. So, feeling quite good.

Claude, we arrived safely and are walking a lot of each day. If all goes well, we will be going up to the mountains in a few days time and so will not have access to internet. So, I’ll write about our hiking and swims in the lake as soon as we return.
