Hello everyone. After such a long absence I feel it was most impolite of me not to have tried to explain sooner. Anyway, I had a bit of time in the doldrums and didn’t feel like any sort of blogging – and I didn’t want to share that kind of depression either.
However, I made a (re)start on my blog recently and, although I’ve not even worn my pedometer or thought much about exercise I felt I had to come and offer my apologies.
I can’t promise to get back to reporting my efforts (or lack of them!) but as I’m definitely feelng better now I’m not ruling it out.

Sandy, welcome back. Do keep walking and blogging here. I explained to Claude that I’ve given up the pedometer for the moment after broken or lost three of them. I’m just writing the minutes I am walking and not much more. In any case, glad you are back.

It’s not pedometers that count, it’s the walking. Whichever way you record it, who cares? Do it the Lia way and you’ll be fine
