Moving about Over this time period I’ve been walking more, and climbed the subway stairs. Had noticed that I seemed a bit phobic about public transportation so have avoided subway in particular during rush hour and kids coming home from school.
Trainer Had another session on 4/11 with Suzy. Added weight while on Ab Reduction and Leg Press devices, so few days later thighs felt sore. Tells me that leg strengthening is getting needed work. Went to group class with trainer on 5/1 and surprised to have back pain next day–too many sit-ups?
Weight One pound seems to have left the room. Think this is more about how much we’ve reduced our red meat intake more than excercise. But whatever!

I try to avoid public transport when very crowded too.
Wow! Situps! I’m impressed. I hate them, but I know they’re good for me…
Like you, I think we should post at least once a week. Personally I hate writing long posts, and would rather post every other day than a long post.
But we should have a minimum!
